Helping Homeless and Low-earnings Families
Every transaction makes a distinction
Each time a Windermere gross sales associate sells a house, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Basis, a non-profit organization established in 1989. Contributions from Windermere brokers mixed with contributions from Windermere employees and public supporters have allowed the Windermere Basis to distribute over two million dollars yearly in recent years to non-profit companies devoted to helping homeless and low-revenue families.

Housing is our enterprise
Serving to homeless and low-income families is a pure extension of our business. Non-revenue businesses receiving Windermere Basis dollars have furnished emergency and transitional housing, have backed costs for companies such as well being care, employment counseling, placement and coaching, day care, scholarships and far more.

Building a future for homeless and low-income children
A significant portion of Windermere Basis dollars go towards packages that help children. Establishing and funding literacy applications, underwriting the prices of summer time camp, and providing fundamental requirements akin to new school footwear, socks, and underwear are among the many initiatives that the Windermere Foundation supports. We consider that building a baby's shallowness is an investment in our future.
